Food Processing Training

One month course on food processing under the guidance of Mr. Ajay Shankar was organized. More than 200 food varieties were covered under this course and the marketing possibilities of the products were also discussed. Towards the end, an exhibition was held with all the food varieties made, inaugurated by Mr. Jayaprakash, Sub Inspector of Police, Pallithottam.
